Apply for a Travel Stipend (Due Feb 7, 2020)
War and Media Studies will again offer TWO small travel stipends for members accepted into the annual conference. Both stipends will be $100, and the competition will be restricted to our graduate student members and those who are precariously employed. The award will be determined through random selection from among applications received by February 7 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time.
All applicants will be notified of their status by the end of February.
Travel grant checks will be available at the annual War and Media Studies SIG business meeting; if you cannot attend the business meeting due to scheduling conflicts, please contact Stacy Takacs to make other arrangements.
A big thank you to Karen Ritzenhoff for donating $100 toward these stipends! Without her support we would not have been able to offer the second this year due to web hosting fees.
